        Do not use this company. Does not complete the job. And very rude and decptive.

        Horrible customer service!

        I called to get service and while speaking to who I am assuming is the owner, I asked about the warranty that I should still have on my A/C unit. He let me know in no uncertain terms that they do not cover anything installed by anyone else & that I was wrong about the type of coverage I have anyway. When I made the simple comment that someone else in the A/C business had told me about the warranty, he got very rude, told me good luck, and hung up on me. Very uncalled for behavior. I definately won't try him again.

        this customer was told on three seperate phone calls that we do not warranty work done by other companies , she refused to accept it.
