        Terrible follow up

        They came out to do measurements but never followed up! I left a message and a voicemail to ask about design with no acknowledgment. I don't recommend...a waste of my time. In this economy, they should know better to have better customer service and response. I would've been fine if they said up front that they couldn't perform job.
