Preferred Plumbing Service

Only 1 star because it wouldn't let me give them none. Glad I didn't wait on them to call me back to fix my problem. Monday will be 2 weeks and still have not returned my call. My advice, STAY AWAY from this business.

We called 4 times and left voicemails. After 5 days we finally received a call back and made and appointment. Plumber did not show up. No call back or anything. Very disorganized operation. We eventually used someone else.

What a difference a professional makes. I called in the morning about a problem. They told me they would be there before Noon. Received another call before noon that someone was on the way. Showed up at 11:30, found and fixed the problem. Charged a Very fair rate. Very professional and Fair priced. I would highly recommend.



*Two weeks before I called another plumber that I just picked up a card at some convenience store, I won't mention the name here but he seriously gouged me on price and I beleive was on drugs. I'll leave a separate review for that. Choose a Pro the first time and same a Big Headache. These types are just looking for a quick buck and no referalls. I don't recommend calling someone that just leaves their business card at a store. Just trying to help out a fellow man.

Great and professional work! Very timely and hard working. Never felt like they were being dishonest at all. Would certianly call them again for help.
