I was really disappointed in this company. My family and I have a large yard and are not familiar with lawn care or the process that it takes to get what we are looking for. We decided to get bids from more than one company. I waited a week for their bid and to come in but it did not. When I called to check on it they informed me that they decided not to bid on the job. He said that after I told him that I was having 2 other companies come to give information and pricing they did not want to waste time on someone who was looking for the lowest bid.

Having our lawn redone is an investment. We were not looking for the lowest bid but the most reasonable bid that accomplished what we needed with the best customer service. That should be their goal. I run my own business and work with many families in Portland. I understand you can not take every client or job but as a business owner and a homeowner in Portland I am more then upset by the way I was treated and hope to share my expirience with as many people as possible.
