I was very concerned about the visitors in my new apartment that were not invited. Marcus explained to me the necessary steps to reduce the pests and what he would do to calm them down. It's crazy but I saw the difference in a few days they were dying I was happy. I still have a few but there is such a difference. Marcus was informative and professional. I will continue to be mindful of the problem and do my part and I feel assured that Marcus will do his so I can feel comfortable in my own home.
