Paul R Shinn Construction LLC

I have used Paul R Shinn Construction for several projects in the past three years, at two different houses. At my old house, he completely remodeled my 1950's bathroom, turning it into an amazing showcase bathroom, and did several smaller jobs preparing it for sale. At my new place, he tore down and rebuilt three above-ground decks, one of which now supports a hot tub. He installed new gutters and put up an 8-ft fence with gates. Inside he added threshold transitions, replaced the toilets and repaired pocket doors. He also did tedious work to find the source of a couple window leaks and to solve mysterious drips falling from my ceiling. My experiences with Paul have been nothing like the ones I had with previous contractors: he comes in on budget, he is very dependable, he is meticulous with an incredible eye for detail and he always ensures that I am happy with the work. Paul is actually more picky than I am . He takes full responsibility for subcontractor work as well - he fired two tile installers on my bathroom project and he lost money on that part of the job. I would unhesitatingly recommend Paul for any job and will certainly be working with him again on my next home improvement project.
