        My neighbor was very satisfied with his windows from PC Window, so then I called and was very happy, then another neighbor called . . . We are all pleased with the quality and service. I recently contacted PC Window and Door again to replace my storm doors. Paul is so nice and helpful, I couldn't be happier

        This company doesn't even deserve one star. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you are thinking about hiring this company to replace your windows. We hired them to do our home and they may have looked good for a short time, but they didn't hold up to what we were told. The windows were installed scratched, couldn't see out of them at times, impossible to keep clean no matter how many times you washed them, seals broke which made the windows discolor and insulation was coming out of the sides. Do yourself a big favor and go elsewhere. Remember...you get what you pay for.

        Don't bother. Installer was a joke and now after only 3 yrs and having a problem ( window seal is broken and window is getting spotty and foggy) I cant reach the company owner. No call backs. Get a company that stand behind its product.
