We heard about Anthony Reyes through a friend. This was our first experience dealing with Ontario VW Internet / Fleet Dept and we are glad to say that it was an accommodating and a friendly experience. We picked a car within two hours and months later we are still happy with it.

I’m sending you this email because I figured you could forward to the ‘powers that be’. I had brought in my roommate's Beetle for service last week. Prior to bringing in the car I spoke to Aaron (?) on the phone, and also to you via email. I just want to pass on that I was very pleasantly surprised with the help I received both from you via the ‘net and from Aaron when I got to your dealership to drop off the vehicle. I also had the same experience when I came to pick up the car! Aaron called me the day the car was worked on and explained everything to. She was very professional, very nice and very efficient. Just wanted to pass this on, as I said previously. Working in the same kind of customer service oriented business it’s always nice to hear the good stuff once in a while instead of all the bad stuff!!!

Labor day Weekend. I went looking for a deal for my dream Jetta and everything was very professional, quick and easy. Anthony was awesome to work with in achieving what I wanted. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own and I really couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Bought my Jetta 5 months ago. Awesome experience went through Internet Department and then my first 10K was due and I spoke to Brad in the service Department and took care of me, explaining the whole process and getting me a shuttle to get to work on time.

There is no warranty on the diagnostic test. If you have a diagnostic test done and repairs completed this dealership will still charge you for another diagnostic fee if something else goes wrong with your car regardless of how soon after the last repair.
