Their dishonestly, disgraceful customer service and pure lack of professionalism exhibited by Mr. O'Connor (owner) and his crew is abominable and deserves a poor review. Honestly I do not know how these crooks are still in business. They came out to pull our machine out of a pond, and they took our money ($600) and then directed us to go stand by our machine so we can direct them in. In doing so, they literally took off and left us in the dark, took our money and ran. This was clearly deliberate and intentional. I have come to learn from other people and businesses in Crestview that OC's towing has a long standing record of ripping people off, and the police have tried to press charges, but because most cases are considered "civil matter" are unable to press criminal charges. So please, NEVER DO BUSINESS with these animals. They are the scum of the earth and truly epitomize "White Trash". If you need a wrecker, call FLETCHER's TOWING in PENSACOLA.

My road side assistance called oc's today to tow my car to al. This is the fourth time in the last 4 months we have used this company first three times were not good experiences however this last time we got a different driver (Chris). He was here quicker than expected very patient with the time he had to wait for me. Was a very pleasant gentleman this was a wonderful change. Hope that if we ever need to use this company again we have this gentleman show up. Today we give this company 5 stars had we did a review for the other 3 times it would have been a 1 star rating. Thank you Chris B. for your patience and services today

Recently I needed a Tow Service.....My Insurance company called OC's as it was closer. They were prompt./within the time frame stated. Josh, the driver, was professional in his care/attention to my vehicle. Courteous and friendly. I appreciated the service provided.
