Neighborhood Health Center

I am a medical case worker at a refugee help center, and so I deal with multiple healthcare providers. From my experience as a liaison between refugees who need appointments and providers, I learned that Neighborhood health center Mattina at 300 Niagara is definitely the worst to make appointments with. They are prone to just transfer your call and put you on hold for another 5 minutes even before you finish a sentence, and they sometimes they hang up the phone on me after telling me they will 'transfer' the call to another person, especially when the appointment requires a little more work than usual.
So if you are looking for a pleasant health care experience and not want to deal with an added stress, stay away from Neighborhood Health Center, both 300 Niagara and 155 Lawn. If at all possible, NEVER call them to arrange a medical appointments. The experience will ruin your day and infuriate you.
Unfortunately, the receptionists don't even have the least of manners to even say their names when they pick up the phone with their lazy bored voice, so I cannot pinpoint any receptionists. Hope you take heed of my advice.
