Neal's Tire Center

I strongly suggest avoiding this place. The manager Frank is a crook. One morning, I accidentally ran off the road because it raining. Some grass got into the crevice between my tires and rims and caused an air leak due to separation. I stopped into Neal's Tire because it was conveniently close to BCC and I had class to attend. The manage Frank originally quotes me $109.00 to separate the tires, clean them, and put them back. I thought this was pretty high but I didn't have much choice. After I come back from class, he tells me its $164.00 because I have a sensor in my tire valves. I was livid. I asked what he has done so far and he told me two tires. I told him I will pay for those two and leave. He then tells me its $94.00 for the two. At the time I notice the mechanic taking the front tire off my car so I ran back there and asked what he has done. The mechanic told me that he has only done left rear. I then told the mechanic to put the tire back on. I go back to the office and confront Frank about his lie. Frank then starts getting upset and asks me what I want. I told him I will pay for the one tire and leave. He then comes up with a $54.00 bill for one tire. Not only did he make up prices, he also argued with me and started patronizing me because I accidentally drove off the road. He tried to take advantage of me because I am only 21 years of age. After I paid the $54.00 for the one tire to be cleaned and remounted, I drove down the street to another tire store. They charge me $10.00 for the exact same job. Bottom line is, Neal's Tire Center is a joke. They make up prices as they go a long and are very rude when you confront their con. Avoid this place.
