This company is the worst. They have very poor services. The equipment is old, the trucks are beat up with poor suspension. They have roaches infestation inside the trucks. I would not suggest anyone to apply for a job here. They take more than 6 months to a year to give you your end of probation raise and they do not give back pay. The owner promise raises, full benefits, and 401k. The truth is, The benefits are only medical which is expensive. The 401k, the owner will not match anything with it. And the so called raises, never happen. The previous owner had ran the company with precision. This owner is worthless and greedy.
