Paid Murphy HVAC to install a MiniSplit with WiFi control. Paid additional money for the WiFi part and to have it installed. Will not return calls or messages. This guy is unprofessional. Basically stole the money. Avoid this company.

Mr Murphy has completed the installation of the Wifi part and I am satisfied with his work. I have updated my rating to reflect that he has done the work.

First of all...Mr. Murphy was available and spot on time. He asked the pertinent question(s), made the correct diagnosis, replaced the part, and ensured that the unit worked properly before he left. I had been dealing with another so called HVAC team for about 2 wks prior and heard every excuse imaginable. I almost thought I was going to have to pay through the nose just listening to them. Mr. Murphy came highly recommended through a church referral. And now I can see why he's so highly recommended! Who would try to be dishonest with a church?!?!?! Anyway, don't waste your time....call Murphy's Heating and Cooling... you will not regret the price or the service!!! Ps...I'm told it got pretty cool last night...I wouldn't know after getting my unit fixed by Murphy's!!!

Awesome service! The guys uninstalled my old system and installed my new system in just a few hours, I was back up and running in no time. He even charged me HUNDREDS of dollars LESS than 5 other companies that gave me quotes. All I can say is AWESOME!

Mr. Murphy and his staff did an excellent job with changing out my duct work and adding a larger unit to my home. I recently added a room on to my home and my old system was not cooling or heating the house properly. Mr. Murphy and his staff were on time, very polite, and he even did some additional work that was outside of his scope. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for any kind of HVAC needs. He installed our new hvac unit 2 weeks ago on the house we just bought and was supposed to repair duct work and a few things. He didn't properly repair the duct work the first time or anything else. Now, for the last two weeks he has made appointments and not kept them. We waited at the house for hours on several occasions for him to arrive and he never did, while ignoring all phone calls and no explanation as to why he was a no show. We have an eleven month old and his lack of timeliness and customer service is causing our house to not be cooled like it should, when we're having 90 - 103 degree days.
