I call my customers back a week after i finish job and do a follow up call to see if you have any questions or concerns.

        Exceptional service!!! We thought we needed a new garage door until Darel fixed our existing door. We felt like he made our satisfaction his first priority. Cost effective, timely, and expertise -we now have our "go to" overhead door co!

        Excellent service!!! Very professional and courteous and informative about the diffrent options. We had problems with our door and opener needed new ones. Price was very competive. Moroe Overhead Door installed new door and opener the next day. Love the new setup nice and much more quite. Monroe Overhead Door was very organized and cleaned up all material after the job. Would use again and recommend to anyone.

        Darrel came out to my house within 2 hours of my call on a weekend.

        He was very professional, explained to me what was wrong and fixed the problem

        He made sure I was happy with the result before he left.

        He called me a few days after to make sure I was still satisfied.

        Nice guy and a great company

        Darryl is amazing , I called the sunday before x-mas just to leave a message and he answered , talked me through options and helped me find a solution. What I thought was going to be a new opener was just a broken switch. well done.
