Mike's Heating & Air Conditioning

I am not this kind of person who is going to get 20 estimates before I make a dicision, but this days I am careful how I spend my money. So when my heating system went out I called Mike's heating and Air to get an estimate. Mike came, looked at my system and recommended to replace the whole system, because it was not worth it to repair. He said that even if he repairs it , something else will go wrong. But of course I decided to repair it and see what will happen. He gave me an estimate for replacement as well, just in case. And of couse month later, my system went out again. This time I new I needed to replace it. So when I got 2 more estimates from different companies , Mike's estimate was much better deal and not only that, but he refunded my money for repair .
