Mr. Mike is one of the best Appliance Services I've ever used he went above and beyond his duties very professional will be doing all my repairs in the future

I refuse to let anyone in my house as rude as this man. This man cursed me out and kept calling my phone leaving me voice messages. This is not the way to win over a customer. From our 1st conversation he was rude. He told me what time he was going to come out. I told him I had to work. He told me I was on his time and if I needed my washer fixed it was the only time he could fit me in. I told him nevermind. The next morning he repeatedly called my phone and left messages. When I finally checked my phone I had 17 missed calls and 3 voicemails from him. He said I waisted his time. He called one more last time at 9:30pm. I answered he yelled at me, asking why I didn't keep my appointment. Reminded him I cancelled services by saying nevermind. I hung up the phone. He repeatedly called me back 3x and left 3 voicemails screaming saying Thanks for the consideration over and over again. This guy is a lunatic. He had me in fear he might come out to my house. I could barely sleep that night. This guy has some anger issues. Beware of making this guy mad, he will scream and harass you.

Mike is very prompt and reliable scheduling a visit to see the problem. And, he is also very knowledgeable in providing his services. On 4/19/18 and 5/3/18, he repaired two cooktops for me nicely. Jobs well done. I can trust his judgement and services for the future works.
