MGM MOVING and ROB WALLSON are the biggest Bunch of LYING CROOKS OUT THERE. They also operate in south Florida also. They put a whole in a dresser Put a piece of white tape over it to match the color and even went out of there way to cut the tape exactly to how the furniture was shaped so I would not see it. BOB DID NOTHING ABOUT IT HES NOT RESPONSIBLE HE CLAIMS. THEY PROVIDE YOU WITH A SHADDY CONTRACT THAT THEY DO NOT EVEN HONOR His other Degenerate Partner STEVE IERVELINO comes to repair damage on a classic portrait I had they took it to get fixed and never returned the item they stole it You call BOB and he LIES LIES Thats ok BOB I will see you and your peasant MGM MOVING LOSERS IN COURT DO NOT USE MGM MOVING AND STORAGE CALL CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU because A LYING DECEITFUL CROOK is not to serve the public at all

On the first of october I had scheduled a moving company to come and move my furniture. When they didn't show I called MGM Moving and Storage. The man I spoke to was kind, and I was happy to hear that they could make it to my house that day on such a short notice. He came over a couple hours later and looked at my stuff and said he would charge me a flat rate which meant that was the final price. I had a bedroom set with a heavy headboard which needed to be slinged over the balcony and a living room set wich the wedge of the sectional also had to be slung over the balcony. Now he was sitting on my couch laying back telling me "wow I have nothing to do for the next hour" because his men were still at the previous job. So he told me he was going to charge me $600.00 for the whole job, which i thought was a little much but i had never done this before and he was lifting two metal futons to the sidewalk that me and my boyfriend couldnt lift because I'm 7 and half months pregnant so I agreed. When the guys got there they got started right away and I have to say the crew are very hard workers. But he was yelling at them right in front of us. But it got worse. HE YELLED AT ME!!!! He acused me of lieing saying there's no way Cardis furniture store carried the furniture up the hallway. "But they did" I told him "just the headboard and the couch wedge they slung up the balcony" thats when he got really mad. He threw the electric drill on floor and demanded that we pay more money because he had to sling everything over the balcony. At that point I should have just called the cops and had him escorted from the property because when your paying someone $800.00 dollars to move your furniture you shouldn't be getting harrassed. I was surprised my hormones didnt kick in because I've been so stressed out with the moving and the baby coming soon. Anyways he ended up breaking the storm door that lead to the balcony. Its probably going to come out of my security deposit. But what ever I wanted him to hurry and get the hell out, I hid in my kitchen for the rest of the time they were there. I couldnt look at him. He tried to apologize later when he was billing me but it was very insincere and I definatly wouldn't recomend his services to anyone.
