Bill has been in the business for many years and really knows his stuff. I have 2 rental properties and a home so I have used him frequently for over 10 years and wouldn't think of calling anyone else. Not only does he do drain cleaning but plumbing for gas, diverter valve repair, broken copper pipe. I haven't found a plumbing problem he can't fix. He's really honest and isn't afraid to tell you that whatever you have planned will either be too expensive or won't meet code. I have given my tenants his number but before he goes out he'll call me to verify that I have approved the work and will inform me whether or not it's normal problem or is something that has been caused by my tenant. If I'm really in a jam and need him out quickly he makes every effort to help me out. You are usually given a 2 hour window and rarely hasn't been there when he says he will and then he's called me to tell me.
