Very fast and friendly service. I really appreciate the replacement of our van side door lock. I wanted to tip but he was done so fast. Looking for your mailing address so I can send a thank you card.

Technician left his van running the whole time he was working...at least an hour. When I asked him if he could turn it off, he said it was too hard on fuel and he couldn't afford it.
When I called the business office to see if they couldn't cover the cost of fuel....or do something.....the man I talked to hung up on me.
Now, he did say, " God bless you," but he hung up on me.
Does this waste of fuel and injury to the environment botherment bother anyone else?
