I have now emailed manager at Magic Plumbing.

I have a 12 month warranty on my house through the subdivision I bought in. They flushed my toilet 30 times and told me "We abuse it like a rental."

and said "NO ONE changes out wax rings and we do not either." They originally tightened the toilet down before close of escrow. They could have broken the phalange or wax ring. We have a bad odor and the floor may rot. Thank-you.

I'll update this when the problem is resolved, but they came over and couldn't get the old dishwasher out, saying we had to remove tile. The tile guy came and was able to slide the dishwasher out by himself. Now, we've having trouble getting the install rescheduled--or getting them to answer the phone or messages.

You guys were wonderful. Everyone was very professional and extremely nice. My problem was taken care of immediately and done very well. Thank you for a great experience in taking care of a major problem.
