I HAVE BEEN USING MAGIC MAIDS FOR OVER 5 YEARS. I'VE BEEN ASSIGNED A TEAM THAT HAS CHANGED LITTLE OVER THE YEARS. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND THEY GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT. THE OWNER IS GREAT TO DEAL WITH, VERY ACCOMODATING IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE BECAUSE I AM GOING OUT OF TOWN. NOTHING'S EVER BEEN STOLEN AND I FEEL SAFE HAVING THEM IN MY HOUSE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLEANING SERVICE.

The day prior to each cleaning session you receive a call indicating precisely when the maids will be arriving, which is helpful if you would like to plan around their visit. If this needs to change, such as a cleaning ahead of you ran longer than expected, you receive a call asking if the new time window is acceptable for you.



Overall, this small business is outstanding.

They do an excellent job and are in and out of the house in about an hour! Magic Maids have been cleaning my house since 1995 and they have always done a great job. They are professional, honest and efficient. I have never encountrered a problem with them in spite of my erratic schedule. They are very flexible to accomodate me and are always available to take on extra tasks like silver polishing or cleaning out the refrigerator when requested. I can highly recommend them. And, incidentally, unlike other services I have had in other cities, they have never had a problem with entering the frount gate to my community or in operating my alarm system. Believe me, that is an extra plus.

I have been a happy customer of Magic Maids for 4 years. This insured and bonded company is consistent and reliable. The same cleaning crew comes to our house every 2 weeks and does a great job. They come when they say they are and their work is excellent. I trust them in my home and know the job is going to get done right. Owner Lynda is responsive and flexible to schedule changes or additional service requests. I have used other cleaning services but have found none as good as Magic Maids. I highly recommend Magic Maids!!
