Do NOT do business with this man. Bought a house recently and did some research to find out who the company was that installed the alarm system and discovered it was this crook. Had him come out, to look at the system. Never once did he mention costs or what he would be charging me for this visit. He simply reset the alarm. Two months later I get a bill in the mail for almost $160. Reached out to him again didn’t get an answer. Called again, his mother answered the other line and said she had nothing to do with it even though her name was on the letter they sent. Still haven’t heard back from him, but he sure did cash that check. His service was not great and he didn’t have all the parts needed to fully setup the alarm that day which means had I had him come out again he would have sent ANOTHER $160 bill to cover a battery install. You can get a better system with more features for the SAME amount he charges just to come to your house. Turns out he charges $75 for a visit and $75 per the hour even if he’s only there for 20 mins PER VISIT. So if you ever have a problem get ready to spend close to $200 just to troubleshoot it. Would have been better off buying my own through Amazon or Simplisafe. STAY AWAY!
