We had a metal roof put on last summer after lots of battling small leaks for many years. Luviano Roofing is very professional and gave us many options to consider. We chose metal roofing because it had the longest lifespan and the fewest potential future problems. The job was done quickly and looked very nice. This year (2016) we found that the roof on our utility room was leaking (not something Luviano had put on). Luviano came out two days later after the rain had stopped and found that the screws were rusting (wrong kind of screws used) . They immediately used caulk and sealed the screws for us. They spent about a half hour on the roof and asked very little for their efforts. We now have a roof that does not leak and are very happy that we found Luviano. We recommend them highly.
