If you want a swamp green pool and a lack of professionalism as well as communication then Lifeguard Pool Service are the people to hire. This year my pool has been more green than clear although I hired them to clean my pool weekly (they guarantee you a clear pool if it gets service weekly) Three weeks came and went and no one showed up to service my pool. I tried numerous times to get in contact with Kirk, the owner, and never got a a call, email or text back. Didn't hear from them till after I cancel my service and gave them a bad review on their website. Kirk claims he sent out 3-4 additional work orders throughout those three weeks. Yet I never saw them. My pool was still green and they never left a report on what they did like how they usually do. He claims it was a berry tree that has been there for the past 6 years that cause the pool to be green. After being ignored for almost a month I decided to cancel my service. I have now hired a new pool service guy and he immediately found the problem. When they cleaned out the filter they failed to assemble the parts back correctly. It was missing an important film as well. The new pool guy said they had my pump running more than 12 hours a day as well. Ridiculous is all I have to say!! Not only did they made me spend tremendous amount of money on high pg&e bills but also performed numerous unnecessary filter changes and cleanings. I just want them to own up to their mistakes and not to put others through the same issues. Please take the time to retrain your staff Kirk.

Kirt and his team takes the time if you have any questions about your pool or water they are so helpful with explaining them to you .If we ever have a problem, I just text Kirt or call him and he or one of his team will take care of our issue immediately.
