I set up an appointment for an estimate at 10:00am. The guy did not show up or call until 3 hours later. Then he proceeded to feed me a story about how his Frawg wireless phone ran out of minutes and he need to go pay the bill and he couldn't call me because of it. Blah, blah, blah... He had my address and I assume he has a watch. You don't need a phone to show up to an appointment. If you can't show up on time, you can forget about keeping your business alive.
