Our law firm is a third generation firm established in 1945. The founders of the law firm were Judge Virgil Evans and Clayton Farrar, Sr., both of whom are deceased. Since 1945, our law firm has focused its practice in the following areas: Trusts and Estates Business formation and Business Law Civil Litigation Banking and Commercial Law Real Estate Planning for Nursing Home Expense Creditor Bankruptcy Divorce Child Custody and Adoptions Probate In these areas of practice, we believe we render the highest quality of service for our clients.

Our Hot Springs office is conveniently located on the 3rd floor of the First National Bank Building.

With two offices, our law firm employs an associate attorney and ten staff members comprised of one legal administrator/paralegal, seven legal secretaries and two front desk receptionists.
