Kustom Concrete

I paid this guy about $9000 to build a retaining wall in front of my house on the Lake. The wall is 8 feet tall. Within 3 months of completion, the wall cracked from top to bottom- about a 3/8 inch crack. There are at least 2 cracks that seep water. The wall was supposed to be a uniform light red tinted color. Instead it is multiple colors and has many splotches of gray concrete because this guy did not bother to clean the concrete off the forms before pouring. The neighbors and all who see the wall think it is the ugliest wall in they have ever seen. This guy never bothered to fix or even look at the wall. Now I must pay $6000 to fix and make it look presentable.

Didn't come to appointment and didn't call. Jack has never called even though I left numerous messages that day.
