Stay away from this company. He is a cheater. He will take the money and never finish the job. I made a mistake of not reading the reviews. Giving the contract means wasting of money. Very , very bad person!!!!

The owner ripped me off for thousands of dollars. He is very smooth talking. Stay away. His subcontractors do good work but he is a crook.

I called the number listed above for K & S Renovations because it listed as " Serving the 77469 Area." The gentleman did not even answer the phone with his business name. He said "Hello" I had to ask him is this "K & S Renovations?" He just answered "Yes" Not even "Yes it is, can I help you?" He sounded rude as if I was interrupting him. I asked him "You do service the area of Richmond?" his response was "No" "We do not service Richmond" Hum.....Richmond is 77469 So what is this? False advertising?
