We used Jones Mechanical for all of our HVAC systems in a remodel. The also installed a cooling system for or wine room. The first was too small and did not work. They then installed a larger unit and that one also did not work. Lastly, they install a 2-ton unit for a 5x10 room. We continued to have problems with that one. They came out to try and repair the unit and we paid them over $400 for that service call. The unit continued to fail. We then called them and they did no pick up on our calls. In addition, they did not respond to any emails. We contacted the manufacturer and they gave us the name of another installer. Conclusion were the unit was over-sized and the controls for the unit were set to "TEST" mode and not initialized correctly. The unit was so damaged by them we had to get another one for a cost of or $8,000.

Avoid this company at all cost. You will save money and aggravation.
