Johnson Roofing Siding and Gutters

I called Johnson, Roofing, Siding & Gutters in April 2008 to obtain a bid. I spoke with "Bruce" and gave him all my information. After I didn't hear back from him, I called to follow up. It was like we never spoke before on the phone. I gave him all my information over the phone for the second time. Then he asked if I was requested other bids. I told him that yes, I was seeking one other bid to compare. I asked him if this would be a problem and he told me no. Of course, I never received a bid from this company. This lack of follow-through tells me a lot about this company. They certainly don't care about customer service and they certainly do care about making a profit. I do not recommend wasting your time or money on Johnson, Roofing, Siding & Gutters.
