John's Repair & Towing

On 9/12 I had a flat tire, and John's Repair and Towing was dispatched through my roadside assistance. I ended up paying $90 for the service. When the girl arrived, she used a sealant on the tire, stating that "It would be easy for any tire place to patch or plug this up". Along with becoming flat on the way to a "tire place", upon arrival I quickly learned that no one will repair a tire with sealant used on it (life lesson). SO, a 6 month old tire was ruined, and I am out $90. Ridiculous.

The company charged me over $300 to tow a medium duty truck 20 miles and it took them almost 3 hours. Terrible service and price!!!!

The owner worked with me on paying for my tow and storage fee. He had not charged me for the "after hours fee" and just gave me the price for the standard rate per the PD, due to them having to call for service. I am pleased that he was willing to compromise with me, giving my situation.
