Joe Rader Towing

I simply typed in wausau tow truck and Joe raders towing came up ans had some pretty positive reviews and pricing.. So i called... Was not disappointed, said it would be 20 min and it was on the dot. Quick, very personable, and seemed to genuinely care.. My kids red caddy is back home where that bucket. Of bolts belongs.. Thank you Joe Raders towing

Called for a lockout, they were fast, professional, and over had a great experience! I wouldn't call anyone else!

Ill start this off by saying i have had great past experiences with this company. Not sure what has happened, but they have definitely gone downhill. Called about a lockout...was told over an hour wait and to call somewhere closer to my location. I asked that she still please send a driver as i wasnt aware of anyone closer. The woman dispatching was terribly rude and hung up on me. Got online and found someone closer to my location at the time. Called joe rader back and cancelled their driver within 5 minutes. The woman dispatching yelled at me and hung up. The people from mosinee i called to come help out got the car open and joe raders truck pulls up yelling that his dispatch never told him i cancelled. Demanded i pay for his gas and said if i didnt hed be sending a bill. TERRIBLE customer service and TERRIBLE communication within your company.

Prompt service, knowledgeable staff - and he even let our dog ride in the tow truck with us. Towed us to a great repair facility. A bad night was made good by their tow truck driver and dispatcher! Thanks again!
