JM Irrigation & Lighting

I used JM Irrigation two years ago to install the sprinklers in our new home. He quote was much lower than big companies, but only a little lower than smaller companies. They came fairly quickly and did a nice job installing. Jim said he would be back in the fall to get the system ready for the winter, but never did. We called to remind him, and he came in December. Luckily no pipes burst. Unfortunately, we were not that lucky this year. I do know that we had an early freeze this past winter, but he should have known this could happen. Again, Jim did not drain the pipes before winter without a call reminding him. During a thaw in January, a pipe on the outside corner of the house began spouting waer all over. He admitted it was his fault for not clearing the pipes earlier, but charged us for the repairs. In the spring, we realized that more damage was done to the backwash. We have called him 5 times and left messages, but have not heard back from him at all. I am very disappointed.
