        Overall

        Had an agreement with Tom Hassler (owner / operator of JL Concrete) and after many requests to provide acceptable drawings to acquire building permits for the job we had agreed upon - he ended up dropping the contract and backing out of the agreement. Leaving me behind on the project and delaying the overall completion of the job.



        Overall very poor communicator, unprofessional and unreliable. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere before engaging JL concrete for any work on my project.
