Jimmys Custom Construction

Wow. I'm not sure of any other way to describe the service and level of craftsmanship we experienced in our dealings with Jimmy pender. Mr. Pender walked us thru each phase of our remodel, taking his time to explain each detail. Needless to say, the finished product far exceeded our expectations. We have since had mr. Pender build us a deck and remodel a bathroom. Each project blew us away! Take it from me, this is the guy to call when you're ready for the best!

Jimmy is definitely a builder who does his best and then some. We tell him what we want as the end result and Jimmy draws some plans, gets our approval, makes minor adjustments along the way and always comes in on estimate. I think his motto should be, if I wouldn't put it in my house I won't put it in yours. So far he has remodeled our fireplace, our master bath, added an extension on our roof to cover a deck, built an arbor over another deck, replaced our fence and acted as the general contractor over several room remodels.
