Jaguar Pools

Jaguar (apparently under new ownership fairly recently) did a great job on my new pool. They put in Pebble Fina and it looks/feels great. Nice group of folks to deal with and accommodated my schedule. Thanks.

Jaguar Pools resurfaced my pool and replaced my pool light. When they were done, my existing coping was significantly gouged and my the electricity line to my pool line blew out. Not to mention, that after the resurfacing was done, all this debris was left in my yard and nobody was there or even called me to let me know the job was completed. After I recognized the damage I called their management and they send out a rep that could not speak english. Then another rep was sent out and he claimed all the problems were existing. In addition, two weeks later, I got a letter from their attorney telling me that there was a mechanics lien recorded against me because I refused to pay, which was completely untrue. I threatned to take this to small claims and they send out a manager who was two hours late, only to confirm with me that all this was my problem. WHATEVER YOU DO, DON' T USE THIS COMPANY. MAJOR WARNING!!!!
