Very nice work done by the plumber, was upfront about cost and done in a timely manner. I will be using them again.

The most recent problem has been refusal to come out and service a unit which is under warranty from them, bought less than five years ago. Last time we contacted them before this, they told us we needed a new unit at a cost of about $5200, when a licensed plumber from another company added more freon, thus correcting the problem. Anytime we have ever had them out their answer is always the same-a new unit at thousands of dollars. I have spoken with other individuals facing the same problem with the same company and heard from a plumber who worked with them for about a year of how they sell individuals new units when they aren't needed, sell them units which are too large or too small for their house or business and do crooked work. I wish they were no longer in business. When they came to service the other unit at my house, they told us we would have to have a new unit or risk major problems, like no more air conditioner over the summer. The same individual who we now use who works for another company in town replaced the filter and cleaned the blower motor. No more problems with it over two years later,. Hutchins is simply crooked, greedy and full of morons not knowing what they are doing. Hutchins will screw you every chance they get by overcharging you, not showing up when they are supposed to and flat out lying. I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy.

Stay away. For the one who gave them 5 stars, obviously you work for Hutchins. Your review, word for word, is all over the web under different names.
