Called first and showed up up at scheduled time. Found and fixed heater problem right away. Checked unit for other potential issues. Since no parts were needed, the charge was the minimum $79. Highly recommended.

I called him and he came out the same evening. Very Honest and reasonably priced, fixed the problem for about $113.00. There's alot of dishonest service people out there, but this guy isn't one of them. Very upfront on the phone, friendly and there were no surprises or hidden costs.
