Buyer beware! Started job in February still not finished in Sept. Water stands in yard when it rains. Left 2 pallets of sod in the street in front of my house for months. Sprinkler system still not working. Had me and my wife cancel our plans on a Sat, no show, no call, wouldn't answer his phone. When I sent him a text telling him my frustration he replied "Go f*** yourself". Apparently my builder paid him so he takes the money and runs. Does shoddy work very unprofessional and very shady. He is probably cheaper but you will be sorry if you hire this clown. Hire at your own risk! Save your money and run!
