Hermitage Plumbing

These guys are excellent! We have used them multiple times and have been happy each time. The first time they came out they told us how to keep the problem from happening again....a simple awning. The second time I called on a Saturday (which they consider a normal business day). They worked me in ASAP and our problems were solved before noon!

Servicemen are very friendly and extremely kind considering I never really know what I need when I call so I know I sound like a bumbling moron.

Have repeatedly referred them to friends and family!

I would not use the business and only put one star because I had to choose something. Lowe's uses them for their installations. We used Lowe's services to buy and install a water heater and when Hermitage's employees showed up to our rental home, they told our renters that they would not install the water heater. They also went on to say that if the city of Cape came into their home it would be shut down. I am hoping our water heater is up to code, considering nothing was said when we bought the house seven years ago. But if it is not, we would have gladly paid to have it brought up. Too bad, we as the home owners and people paying for their services, never received as much as a phone call to increase the quote of the installation. They didn't even leave the water heater that we paid Lowe's for.
