GreaseMonkey's Small Engine Repair

Called GreaseMonkey's looking for lawn mower repair services near me. The YP has them listed as serving the "Bellevue area" which is near me, but as it turns out they are in Murfreesboro. BUT that didn't change the fact that the owner, Ricky, took the time to discuss what is happening with my mower and offer me not only options for fixing it, but where to get the best-priced parts. ALSO - every lawn mower repair service near me says it will be 3-4 weeks after I drop it off for them to even look at it! Ricky said if I did decide to bring it in, he will check it out and have it back to me a 2-3 days, if no parts needed to be ordered.
If his repair instructions do not work, I will be driving it to him, even though it will be a 90-minute one-way trip just because he was super friendly, honest and helpful. If only all people in service treated their customers like Ricky!!
