Gorsegner Bros Hardwood Floors

Gorsegner Bros refinished our front stair case and they did an amazing job. Everyone from the estimator, to the office staff and the works were very professitonal. The work was done on time, if they said they would be there at 12:30 you can bet they were. The sanders and finishers were meticulous and very helpful when it came to making decsions as the job progressed. We would highly recommend them.

Gorsegner Bros removed old carpet (and many staples!!) and installed new wood floor in my upstairs bedrooms, hall, and stairway landing. The work crews were professional, neat and did a beautiful job. Part of the job was to sand and stain the stair treads that were under the carpet. The crew sanded them but we realized that they were not 'salvageable' for staining. I called Dan and he came to discuss this project 'change', and he was incredibly cooperative. He quoted me a price to tear out the treads, or if we cancelled that portion of the job and I got my own stair people, we would re-negotiate the contract. The bottom line is that we had someone else complete the job and Gorsegner reimbursed us the balance we were owed for the contract change No Questions Asked. In fact, the new stair company messed up the spindle installation and a quick call to Dan resulted in him providing the 10 spindles (originally from Gorsegner) free of charge -- who does that?? They are a quality company. I have used them for sanding jobs and installs and I wouldn't use anyone else. Thanks Gorsegner Brothers!!

Very professional, worked with my schedule and delivered as promised. I just want to add that they were super good about cleaning up and it was truly dustless floor refinishing. I have not found one piece of sawdust anywhere. Everyone was super nice to deal with and the pricing was very reasonable too!

I have used Gorsegner for many, many years. Installs, refinishing, repairs....you name it. They have always acted very professional.......were on time.......and did a wonderful job. Anyone who goes through floor installs, refinishing etc. know that it is a BIG process. Gorsegner makes it go very smooth, letting you know what to expect each step of the way..........good communication!

Dan Gorsenger sent repairmen to my home to fix flooring that was separating in two spots by installing transitions. That was supposed to correct the problem. He had no problem collecting over $800 for this job that took one hour to completion. The floor has opened up again and now I still have the cracks along with the two ugly transitions they installed. He will not come back to take a look and instead is blaming me for the floor problem! I would never recommend Gorsegner Brothers!!

I just had bamboo floors install by Gorsegner Brothers and they did a terrific job. I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the job and the installation was on time, on budget and perfect in every way. I would recommend them without reservation of any kind. You can not get better quality, service, craftmanship or a more beautiful floor than with Gorsegners!

I could not be happier with the attention and service that the entire Gorsegner team gave. The process was seemless and their attention to detail was terrific. The team showed up on time and was the back office was a pleasure to deal with. Most of all, they did a great job.

I felt like these guys did a great job. Took us a while to finally move forward with the work, but the repairs were excellent, and the two guys that handled the sanding and finishing were great. Result is a job well done.

These guys are really, really good. While preparing my mother's house for sale following her passing, the hardware floors that are a part of the original construction had been covered by carpeting for decades so this was essentially a restoration and I am very pleased with the results which are reinforced by compliments from visitors. The dustless sanding system they use really leaves next to nothing behind in the way of sawdust. And ,the actual cost was noticeably lower than their original estimate which only reflects that in addition to their skills as craftsman, they are also extremely honest businessmen. They were referred to me by a long time friend and I've already recommended them to others.

If you need your hard wood floors refinished this is THE company. I cannot say how pleased I am with the service and finished product. We just purchased a home and we had Gorsegner Brothers provide us a free quote and they went over everything at that time. We recieved the quote the same day and the price was great! We scheduled the repair and they were very flexable, we got the day we needed and they started on times as promised. We had multilpe issues arise (none of which were due to them) they worked with us through the very stressful and difficult time. Brian Gorsegner updated me multiple times a day. I had so many issues with the floor (again not their fault) that the owner personally came out, inspected the concern and came up with a remedy that day. They resolved the issue and we finished on time. This was the BEST customer service and end product. I WILL use them again in the future and highly recommend them to friends and family. Thank You!!!

I was very happy with the work done by Gorsegner Brothers. They refinished three bedrooms and the living room and it came out great. I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend them.
