The owner, Melissa, has very poor customer service and business ethics. She never called me regarding my project, and every time I called her she had some reason why it still hadn't been finished. This went on for close to a year, and when she finally finished it, she still didn't call me. I had to call her again and find out what was going on. When I finally went to pick it up, she wasn't even willing to compromise on the price. The project wasn't even completed as it should have been. Check other locations for your glass work!
