We had the pleasure of working with Geoscape, Inc and it's owner Ken Duffy on a recent project. We needed a pathway around our home for purposes of safety, commerce and aesthetics. Ken designed the perfect solution, giving us multiple price tiers in terms of materials. The plans were drawn quickly, and the craftsmanship was excellent. One of the keys to their business model is "no surprises". Ken factored in everything that could possibly occur and included it in the original proposal. Two weeks following project completion, we received a check as the project had actually come in under budget! When does that happen? (answer: never, in my experience). Bottom line, if you're looking for stellar craftsmanship without any surprises, then Geoscape, Inc would be perfect for you. I have used Geoscape for two major renovation projects. The complete renovation of the first floor, including installation of hardwood flooring, new kitchen appliances, new kitchen cabinets and installation of a large center island. They also reworked the laundry room to make it a laundry room and mud room, with a heated tile floor, bench seat and four locker type stalls with room for coats and backpacks. They also refurbished the stairs to second floor with hard wood, carpet runner and new bannister. The second project was renovation of the second level, including a new larger master suite, new larger master bathroom, huge master walk-in closet and hard wood flooring installed in all areas except the bath room. People that knew what the first two floors looked like prior to renovation can not believe that it is the same house. People love the mud room and really love the huge walk-in closet. All of the wood work in the closet was done by Geoscape. I will definitely use Geoscape again for future work that I would like to do, including installing a stone patio in the back yard.
