I prefer to do business with small family owned companies & after thorough research i came upon Fusion, the owner, took my call, scheduled my appointment and actually did the job as well.
he was a delight to work with!!

Pathetic excuse of a company. Our property management company used then to "fix" water damage in our unit. What they left behind was worse than the damage itself. Baseboards broken and not replaced. The carpet pad was missing under the carpet. The one baseboard they put back looked like a 2nd grader nailed it back. We contacted them and they said they would repair it right away. Upon arriving at our unit...they did nothing. If I could post pictures of their shoddy work I would. Call your 3rd grade nephew to do repair work before these people, it will be the same.

These guys know what they're doing. Their work is always well above my expectations. I own several properties and the high traffic areas are always bad during the summer season. I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle things when I'm not in town. The whole staff is helpful and honest. And the techs are professionals.

The technician took his time and explained things to me and was very honest. They were able to schedule my appointment fast and the tech was proffesional and on time. My carpet was in bad shape but he worked hard and it feels and looks so much better. I had pet odors as well and the treatment he gave removed the odor. It was a great experience.
