Tonight it’s raining hard, and nowhere in the house are there any puddles on the floors or leaks in the ceilings.

On January 16 Freeman’s completed two days of work removing a shingle roof and installing a metal roof on our house. Replacement of the roof was years overdue and we suffered from substantial water damage throughout the house.

Since installation we have had two snow storms, an ice storm and many rain storms with no roof leakage evident anywhere!

I took the time to watch the crew at every stage of the work and was thoroughly impressed with their work pace and obvious skill. In most cases they were thorough in collecting and removing debris. They missed a 10 x 20 screen porch which took less than an hour to clean up.

The total cost of the job came in under what On-Line estimates were. And that total cost included the replacement of a substantial number of plywood sheets and resealing of the chimney.

Part of my life experience is General Construction Supervisor and First Sergeant in the US Army Combat Engineers. I recommend this company to anyone needing their services!
