Franklin Construction & Remodeling

Bobby is great! We highly recommend him. The basement is coming along beautifully and should be done in a few weeks. He helped us with the design and we are very happy with it. He and his subcontractors are reliable and show up when they are supposed to.

i.e.,Bobby Franklin was on time for all appointments, submitted detailed drawings and plans in his proposal, kept good financial records, and he was pleasant to work with whenever changes were necessary in the original plan. The completed master bathroom is absolutely beautiful and well constructed. Another construction company had completed another room in the basement, which ended up with many defects. Bobby Franklin and his team were able to repair those mistakes in the drywall installation and make the doors to the room work perfectly. We wish we had known of his company earlier! We've already requested his services for future work.

Called for an estimate for a small basement remodel. He came and looked at it and promised an estimate in a week (okay, that's quite a while, but okay). I gave him three weeks and never heard a word from him. Called and left a message and no call back. Perhaps the small basement remodel was over his head? He did not point out 1/10th of what it would have taken to bring the basement up to code either. If it was over his head or too much...why not call back and say so? Very unprofessional and it was a waste of my time to meet with him.

Bobby Franklin is one of the finest, most honest, and knowledgable Contractors I've ever worked with. He's friendly, does what he says he's going to do, does phenomenal work, and you get more than just the work requested, you get recommendations, and it's as though he is working on his own home.
