This company installed our underground sprinkler system in the winter of 2007. Three of my neighbors also had systems installed. This company did an okay job with the actual installation, but gets a zero for communication and customer service. I did not know when they were coming, where they put the pipes, or even where the control box was located. Calling the company was useless as they never picked up the phone or returned calls. One of my neighbors got yelled at by a man she believes was the owner. He said he had too much work to be bothered with the telephone.

All three of my neighbors discontinued their fall and spring service with FLC. We kept our service with them in order to keep their 2-year 'warranty' valid. A pipe broke on our system and excavates a large hole in the ground whenever any zone in the system is turned on. We called them every other day for a week and sent an email message. Still haven't heard from them. Publicizing my experience with them might finally get me some attention.

Don't make the same mistake I did by hiring these guys!
