Price gouging, high pressure sales, upselling and preying on people's ignorance and fears. I did some checking (after the fact unfortunately) and found the prices to be well above the manufacturer's suggested retail price and the labor charges to be absolutely abhorrent. When we asked for a detailed, itemized bill for the services rendered (after payment was received) we were told "No, I don't do that."



Companies like Flat Rate give the trades a bad name. Please learn from my mistakes and do NOT use their services. I made a hasty decision and paid for it dearly. Let the buyer beware.
