Christian was amazing. He arrived on time and got the service done promptly. I had 6 locks removed, re-keyed, and reinstalled. He adjusted a couple of the door plates also, and provided me with 6 complimentary keys. I highly recommend, and plan to call him again on another property.

I spoke with Christian and he was extremely professional and honest. I would highly recommend using Fidelity's Locksmith services over other locksmith sites that have contaminated the Internet and pretend to be local.

In my situation Christian didn't provide mobile car services but he went above and beyond to give me with a list of names of real business's that provide mobile key services at lower prices than you'll find online. I ended up saving over one-hundred dollars when compared to what the Glen Burnie Ford and other mobile locksmiths wanted, and I thank to Christian for his help and professionalism.

Called Christian to have a fancy Schlage Connect Touchscreen deadbolt lock installed, as well as to rekey my garage door locks--yes, plural.

Christian came out and expertly installed my fancy lock, surgically fitting the lock plate inside of the door frame with a chisel and mallet. He also took the time to give me some details regarding my new lock, as well as the typical pitfalls associated with installing locks and developing technologies in home automation.

Christian was a savior! At 12a, on a Sunday night, I'd successfully locked my iPhone and open access to personal info (online) in the business center of my apartment complex. I had an early morning and didn't have time to wait for the leasing office to open to gain access. After exhausting a few options, I looked online and contacted Fidelity Locksmith, for assistance. Christian was pleasant and through in developing a plan that fit my situation. He also made sure to give me a quote up front and assured me that the price was only valid, if he was able to remedy the situation. He was timely, professional and efficient. I was elated that he was able to quickly gain access into the business center, with zero damage to the property. However, what I appreciated most, was that during that moment of frustration, in the wee hours of the night, Christian was incredibly pleasant and accommodating!

Although, I have no intentions on making this habit...I, without question, have a go-to locksmith!

Christian Chastain. Call this guy if you are ever in need. He helped my wife get into our car on valentine's day. She locked her keys in the car. If Christian hadn't pulled up she would not have been able to pick me up and spend time with me. My wife said he was very respectful and helpful. She was very blessed to recieve his help. Hopefully she won't get locked out again but if we ever do we will call fidelity locksmith and ask for christian to help us out.

Christian Chastain was so helpful. I was at the mall on valentines day and I accidentally locked my keys in the car. I had my newborn baby and my friend with her 2 year old inside as i tried to get into my car. He pulled up and asked if I needed help. I am so thankful that he pulled up because the mall was closed and I had to pick up my husband. He was so professional and very respectful. He got my keys and opened my door. If he hadn't pulled up my valentine's day could have been ruined. I wish I could Thank him a million times because he took the time to help me on valentine's day. If I ever get locked out again I will definitely call for his services.

I was alarmed by the increased number of lock bumping and forced entries in my area in Maryland. Christian is very professional and explains what he is doing and why. I needed to have my locks rekeyed and was clueless on which locksmith to call. Plus, there is so much on the internet about unprofessional locksmiths and behavior to be aware of when making a selection. I picked Fidelity because of the positive ratings on this site and also the company's very favorable BBB rating. I'm glad I did! Christian had a full schedule but he fit me in and was at my home within a couple of hours just as he promised. He was quick and thorough, and the price he quoted on the phone was what I paid (no escalating or hidden charges after he arrived). Great experience and I highly recommend this company!

Call Christian! He is so great, and he will come fast to rescue! That's what happened to me when I was locked out of the home where I was dog sitting. I didn't expect him to show up so fast! I was so good to see a friendly smiling face when you are going through unexpected troubles.

I'd give Christian 10 stars if I could. We've used other locksmiths in the past but Christian is by far the best. Very professional, courteous, friendly and technically superior. We'd planned on re-keying one lock but because of his wilingness to meet our schedule and his high-quality work, we had him re-key two more locks. Don't ever go anywhere else for a locksmith in Anne Arundel County -- Christian at Fidelity Locksmiths if the only one you will ever need -- or should ever use!

I was recently locked out of my home so I found Christian through Google on my smartphone. Thank God for smartphones! He was very professional over the phone and said that he would arrive within 25 mins. About 15 mins later, I managed to find someone in my building to let me in. I didn't know that she had a master key to every unit with the original locks, but I was very thankful that she did. I immediately called Christian back to let him know that I was able to get back into my home. Again, he was very professional and understanding (some people may have been angry). So thank you Christian. If I ever get locked out for good, I'll be sure to call you again.

Our sliding glass door never seemed to lock properly (a little jiggle of the plastic handle and the latch would just pop open). We finally decided to call a locksmith. After looking online for someone in the Hanover, MD area, we happened upon Fidelity's website. Christian answered our call immediately and said he'd be there in a couple hours after he finished up the service call he was already working on. Polite, courteous and incredibly efficient, Christian arrived on time and in less than 10 minutes our lock was working better than when it was new. He even gave us a discount and checked out the deadbolt on our front door that we had a question about. I wish more people in the trade were as fast, professional and helpful as this.
